- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with complete labels and packaging.
- Customized products and underwear products are not accepted for return.
Return time
- You can apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product. We will not accept applications after the deadline.

- After obtaining the return confirmation, please send the product back to the designated address as instructed by customer service.
- After we receive the return and confirm that the product meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7 working days.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the postage incurred during the return.
