Thank you for choosing Tiger Taoke. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would like to provide you with a convenient return process.

Return requirements

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags and packaging intact.

Return period

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Late requests will not be accepted.

Return process

  • Please get in touch with us through our customer service email address first, stating the reason for your return and providing your order number.
  • After receiving the return confirmation, please follow the customer service's instructions to ship the item back to the designated address.
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process the refund within seven business days.

Refund instructions

  • Refunds will be processed through your original payment method. The exact time it takes to arrive in your account will vary depending on your bank's processing speed.
    Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Lost/damaged packages and items with quality defects

Every package carries your expectations. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, or if the product you receive has quality issues, we will handle it with the same care as if it were our own order.

Lost or severely damaged packages

We will immediately initiate internal follow-up and assist you in communicating with the carrier.

You also have flexible options:

  • Quick reshipment → Don't let your expectations run wild;
  • Partial refund → If you're willing to accept a partial refund.
  • Full refund → If reshipment is unavailable or the damage is severe, we will refund your money without reservation.

Damaged or defective items received

  • Minor issues (such as minor scratches or dents): 10% refund as a goodwill gesture;
  • Moderate issues (apparent damage or cosmetic issues): 20% refund;
  • Severe issues (impaired or unusable): 30% refund, or a full refund/reshipment.

💡 Tip: If you encounter any of these issues, please get in touch with us within five business days of receiving your package and provide relevant photos or videos. We promise to provide you with a clear response as quickly as possible, and we will never leave you alone with any risk.

For delays or losses caused by uncontrollable logistics factors, please ensure you use a trackable courier.
Returned items must be returned safely; otherwise, no refund will be issued.
